20+ years designing products across fintech, B2B marketplaces, SaaS, and voice. Since 2023 my workflow has fundamentally changed: AI sits inside research, ideation, prototyping and even handoff. I design AI-powered products from the inside — knowing where models help, where they hurt, and how interaction patterns shift when the system can reason.
I work solo, embedded with one or two teams at a time, from discovery through engineering handoff. I work in 6-week cycles — enough time to go deep, short enough to stay honest about scope.
